This position requires 1-2 years Bakery experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Work begins 6:00 am Monday to Friday. We are looking for a team player, able to maximize efficiency in the bakery by organizing daily workload and reporting accurately and in a timely manner any issues related to staff, machinery or product. Install and inspect machines and electrical equipment and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure that industrial machines remain operational as well as overseeing that delivery & sales vehicles are maintained road worthy. This position requires technical knowledge and management directly related to meeting local and int’l food safety standards. Main duty is to oversee and ensure that products are processed, packaged and distributed according to HACCP Standards. You will be leading a team of supervisors. You must have a high command of Microsoft word and excel, as well as strong organizational skills. Your payment will be on a monthly basis according to your experience and education + perks + bonus plan after probation period.
