Pepper Sauces:
Add to any meats or sauces to enrich the taste and give that special
Caribbean hot sauce flavour. Don't take my word for it! Try it yourself.
Available in Mild, Hot and Dam Hot Pepper Sauce.
Green Seasoning:
Unbeatable in pumpkin soup. Try this sauce with all types
of fish to add exceptional Caribbean flavour.
Coconut Milk:
Cook with all meats and stews. Coconut milk adds exceptional
coconut flavour to curreys.
El Rico:
El Rico coconut milk can be used to make the following drinks:
Pina Colada
Eleanor's Dream
Piton Pleasure
Naked Virgin
Piton Flower
Sunday Dream
Between the Sheets
Tropical Twister
White Spider
Coco Punch
Pina Colada:
Put in your blender:
1 cup ice (crushed)
2 ozs. coconut cream(El Coco Rico)
4 ozs. Pineapple Juice
4 ozs. rum
Blend for two minutes and pour into a glass and garnish with a cherry,
fresh pineapple and a hibiscus flower.
Eleanor's Dream:
1 cup of crushed ice
Dash of Almond Essence
3 ozs. coconut cream (El Coco Rico)
Piece of Banana
2 ozs. milk
2 ozs rum
Use Blender to blend then decorate.
Piton Pleasure:
1 cup crushed ice
2 ozs.Cherry Brandy
4 ozs. rum
3 ozs. coconut cream (El Coco Rico)
Piece of Papaya
Blend for two minutes in a blender and decorate with a flower.
Naked Virgin:
1 cup of ice (crushed)
2 ozs. galiano
3 ozs. brandy
2 ozs. coconut cream (El Coco Rico)
Piece of Banana
1 tsp. grenadine syrup
Blend for two minutes, put one teaspoon of grenadine syrup at the bottom
of the glass, pour slowly with feelings and decorate with flowers etc.
Piton Flower:
1 oz. vodka
4 ozs. grapefruit juice
2 ozs. coconut cream (El Coco Rico)
Use blender to blend then decorate.
Sunday Dream:
1 oz. rum (White)
3 ozs. cream
2 ozs. coconut cream (El Coco Rico)
Use blender to blend then decorate.
Between the Sheets:
1 oz. rum (white)
1/4 oz. pernod
1 oz. coconut cream (El Coco Rico)
2 ozs. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. grenadine syrup
Use blender to blend then decorate.

1 oz. rum (white)
1/4 oz. galliano
2 ozs. orange juice
1 oz. coconut cream (El Coco Rico)
Use blender to blend then decorate.
White Spider:
1 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. pernod
2 ozs. grapefruit juice
1 oz. coconut cream (El Coco Rico)
Use blender to blend then decorate.
Coco Punch:
1 oz. white rum
4 ozs. orange juice
2 ozs. coconut cream (El Coco Rico)
Use blender to blend then decorate.
